This delicate porcelain pendant is handmade and completely unique. It is made up of fine, polished hand coloured porcelain and designed to turn as the body moves.

Circles often feature in my work as symbols of continuity and the cycle of seasons and nature.

It is designed and made by me in my studio in Oxford, and because of the making process, each pendant is a one-off.

I use coloured pigments mixed with white porcelain to create colours and patterns within the circles. This pendant is hand cut from white, and fern green coloured porcelain clay and polished to a smooth, tactile finish.

The circle sits on a recycled sterling silver chain.

Size:

Outer Circle Diameter: 17mm

Chain length : 45cm

Care Instructions:

If any marks or make up get onto your ceramic pendant, you can wash them off with soap and water, removing the pendant from the chain beforehand.

The pendant is fired to a high temperature and is a strong material. However, it can still be fragile if dropped onto a hard surface so I would recommend putting on and taking off your jewellery over a soft surface.

There may be subtle differences in the finished surface of the piece, as it is carefully handmade and goes through many processes, adding to the character and individuality of the pendant.

It is important to me as a maker to consider the environmental impact of my work. This is an ongoing process and I'm always looking for new ways to reduce the impact of my work. When sending out my work, all packaging is plastic -free. You can find out more about everything I currently have in place here.
